What to Expect From Your Inspection

When you choose Reliant Home Inspection, I will inspect your home inside and out. I’ll examine your home’s structure, and all the systems, from the foundation to the roof. I use the latest technology so that you’ll have the utmost confidence that they’re accurate when you get the results. My inspections typically take a few hours to complete; I attempt to access every part of your home, including the roof, crawlspace, and attic. I use electrical testers, drones, moisture meters, and thermal cameras to aid me while inspecting your home.

Going the Extra Mile to Help You Make Your Decision

I encourage and would love to have you around while I inspect your home. I can walk you through the inspection process and answer any questions you might have. It helps me better explain my findings while you learn essential details about the home you’re purchasing. If you are a first-time homebuyer, be assured I will take all the time you need to understand the inspection and what it means to you. If you are busy and want to stay home and let me do what we do, that is okay too.

I adhere to the InterNACHI Standards of Practice when completing every inspection. After my assessment, I prepare an easy-to-read report in 24 hours or less. My detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos reveal any issues found during the evaluation. If you still have questions after reviewing the results, let me know. A crucial part of my job is helping you understand the more significant implications of the home inspection.
